Our Châlon hand and body care products contain hyaluronic acid as an active ingredient to intensely hydrate and nourish the skin. All products are dermatologically tested, and are paraben-, phthalate- and cruelty-free.
Our Chalon formulations blend together essential oils which have known mood-boosting benefits, such as lavender (known to be relaxing) and zingy citrus such as mandarin and grapefruit, which are uplifting and energizing.
All of our Chalon fragrance formulations contain revolutionary HaloScent® technology, a new generation of biodegradable profragrances which delivers a halo effect by releasing not only one, but two perfume molecules over time. This unique innovation sustains the fragrance’s richness and fullness, ensuring a long-lasting olfactory experience.
We work with world-class Parisian perfumer Alexandre Freile to develop our luxurious fragrance formulations. Our process is inspired by traditional Parisian perfume-making methods and we honor this through our careful extraction, distillation and blending techniques.
Our founder Jaimee Lupton saw a lack of representation of luxury fragrance at mass and wanted to make luxuriously fragranced, beautifully packaged body care both accessible and affordable. Jaimee teamed up with an esteemed fragrance house to develop Châlon’s signature scents alongside world-class Parisian perfumer Alexandre Freile, and designed the minimalistic packaging in-house to look elegant in any home or business.

We have designed Châlon to have an intricate series of fragrance notes that, much like eau de Parfum, will unfold throughout the day. Everyone carries scent differently, so we encourage you to try them all and see which ones you like most. You can try layering a body wash and body lotion in the same scent to create a stronger fragrance, or mix scents to create a fragrance combination to your personal taste and preference.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally-ocurring substance found in many parts of the human body, including the skin, eyes and synovial fluid of the joints. As a humectant, it is capable of retaining over one thousand times its weight in water. As we age, production of hyaluronic acid slows down and we start to lose hydration, volume and plumpness in our skin’s structure. Topically applying hyaluronic acid via beauty and skincare products can help reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles, while retaining moisture in the skin and creating a plumping effect. When the skin is protected and hydrated, increased skin cell production can take place, as the skin isn’t busy fighting for hydration. This leads to smoother, plumper skin cells.
All our products undergo human skin patch tests by a third party agency and under the supervision of a registered dermatologist.
While our products have been dermatologically tested and proven to be safe on adults, babies and children have delicate skin that responds differently to adults, so we would not recommend them for babies or children.

The percentage of fragrance in our formulations range from 0.2% to 2%.

No, our formulations do not contain any microbeads or microplastics.
Absolutely not. Châlon has strict quality assurance and quality control procedures in place with our manufacturer to ensure Châlon products and any raw material materials are never tested on animals. We hold the Leaping Bunny Certificate, issued by Cruelty Free International, which certifies us as being cruelty-free.
Our products go through a set of rigorous tests during development to ensure they are both safe and effective. These tests are conducted by reputable independent agencies and include dermatological tests, stability tests, product safety assessments and toxicological risk assessments.
Our products (including raw materials) are never tested on animals and we are proudly Leaping Bunny certified by Cruelty Free International.
No palm oil is intentionally added to our formulations, but they may include a small amount of some ingredients that are derived from palm oil. With that being said, we only use sustainable sources for our palm oil derivatives and they will always be Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certified.
